New York, New York

I was watching the Tony Awards last night, and usually after I finish I say to myself, man i'm so sad because i've never been there to actually see a broadway show. well it's finally different! tomorrow i will BE in new york city! i'm so stoked. i'm going to try and blog a little everyday to stay on top of the whole trip, or atleast blog in word, and then post online when i get home. i have tried to not set expectations, but i do have some goals:

1. see a broadway show. i have tickets for 5, and planning on trying to see one more.

2. do the really touristy stuff so that when i visit again i don't have to. we will be taking a bus tour of the city, along with a trip to the statue of liberty, empire state building, ground zero, etc.

3. go to the met museum of art. i know that i could probably go here everyday and see something new, but one day will have to do.

4. go running in central park. our hotel is a few blocks away from the park, i want to atleast go running through the park once.

5. try to feel good or bad vibes about living there. after i graduate college, there are really only a few places i really want to move. new york is on the list.

that's really all. good day.

Don't forget to admire the buildings and bridges. That is tops on my list when I finally make it to the big city. Maybe even use your fancy pants camera to capture some nice pictures of the architecture.
